EDFN 366 Final Project!

Wikispaces

In class we looked at WikiSpaces for a couple reasons. One is that it is a great way to put out information for you parents and students. They are easy to make and easy to distribute. The next area of the use of WikiSpaces is the fact that it allows students to collaborate and contribute to class. Giving students the ability to create on their own or to have ownership in a project helps to open more doors and ideas in the classroom.

For your final project you will use WikiSpaces more as a vehicle to house the content and to demonstrate your knowledge of other technologies.
  • Use Wikispaces as a site to show off what you know. I am going to allow you to explore the parts of WikiSpaces you think are important. .
  • You will need to create new pages for the individual artifacts
  • Insert Pictures, Files, Content and Widgets where needed.

What does your future classroom look like?

  • If you could have your future classroom look and have any type of technology what would it look like and why?
  • How do you see technology in education when you graduate?
  • What will it be like if you get a job where technology is little to none?
  • How will you prepare yourself for the changing student?
  • How will you prepare yourself for students that have better access to technology at home than at school?
  • How will you prepare and address the digital divide both on access and ability?
